I want to remove a radiator that is sludged and clean it out. I know how to do this without draining down the system. However, I have an Ariston STI 210 indirect cylinder and am not sure whether, having emptied this radiator I need to top up system myself or whether it does it on its own. If I need to do it the instruction booklet does not specify how.

Any ideas?

This will not affect the cylinder, but you will still need to top up the system.
