Vaillant Combi Boiler Giving Hot Water but not Firing Central Heating?

Our Vaillant boiler is delivering hot water but has stopped firing up for central heating, if we hit the reset button it makes a quick cough but then nothing?
Water pressure is good and no other issues? The boiler was serviced a few months ago, so I can contact the engineer again, just wanted to see if there was an obvious check?
