Stormproof External Vent Cover or Cowling for Boiler Flu

I live on the top floor of a building on the top of a hill. It gets a bit breezy up here!!!
I have a boiler flu and two extractors that vent to an external (vertical) wall. Due to the location, strong winds can come from any direction (up/down/left/right), so I am looking to get some advice on the best type of external vent cowl that can handle these conditions. Importantly, minimising blow back (carbon monoxide from the boiler exhaust) is an important consideration.
Any recommendations in terms of kit that can handle storm conditions?
Thanks
