I have intergas HRE OV installed 2011. Vented system. Cylinder not heating up. Programmer seems OK. Pump working and rads all on.Motorised valves on boiler and cylinder seem ok. Cylinder stat set to 60. Water in expansion tank. I dont understand why the cylinder is not filling with hot water giving luke warm bath. Cylinder cold at bottom and luke warm at the top.
