Baxi Solo 3 PFL 40 Boiler Repeated Overheat Warning and Reset

Hi - got a 12 year old Baxi Solo 3 PFL 40, since installation when new it repeatedly cuts out with 'overheat' displayed. Had new fan, new CH pump, new thermostat, even new hot water cylinder! But problem still persists, sometimes 5 or 6 times a day...
I reset as per manufacturer's instructions, fires up immediately.
At first, seemed worse when high winds outside - but last 2-3 years is a daily occurrence.
When serviced, each engineer gives me a different story - but NOBODY has been able to fix it!
Have I just got a faulty boiler?
Many thanks for any help you can give!
