Combi Boiler Diverting Heat on Radiators in new Build Apartments

Hi
Living in new build apartments which has a combi boiler, there are 2 x thermostats, 1 for bedrooms and 1 for living room and bathrooms, the problem we have is heating in living room is not needed as much but enclosed bathrooms required more, is it possible to turn off living room radiators without damaging system. Living room only has standard isolation valves and bathrooms are thermostatic.
Appreciate your help and advice
