Quick Question About Humidistat Installation for Utility Room Ventilation System

Good evening!
I want to fit a humidistat to a utility room ventilation system. The lights kick in when a motion detector is triggered for the lights before initiating the fan with a run-off when the motion sensor times out. I want to still have that motion system, but additionally have the fan kick in on its own when it gets too humid (and ideally not start the lights). It's currently an Xpelair fan, I think likely a DX100
Typically, I'll probably need to get someone in to actually fit it... but I want to at least have an idea of cost/difficulty before they charge me a grand to do something that could be as simple as changing a lightbulb...
