Leaking Towel Heater Mostly When Heating Cools Down

Hi all,

I am new to plumbing so please bear with me :)

I have a leak at the top of my towel heater, opposite where the valve to drain the air out is.

This leak causes some corrosion as water drop down the radiator, and mostly occurs when the central heating system cools down.

How should I go about replacing the leaking valve without calling a plumber in?

Thanks!
