Honeywell Control Valve Buzzing and the Motors Hot

Hi folks, new to the forums. I have an electric boiler pumping hot water to a 5 zone system in my house. One of the control valves stopped responding a couple of years ago and was replaced. Now the same control valve has an intermittent buzzing sound and the motor seems to be constantly really hot. A plumber (should have done it myself!) replaced the motor this morning. I got the feeling that the heat in that zone was not what it used to be as well. Any other suggestions?

Unfortunately the replaced motor is still very hot to the touch - doesn't seem to have fixed the problem...

This might help others to help understand how the Central heating system works in an animation.
