I have a Baxi Solo 2 50 PF boiler.

Stopped working a few weeks ago. Diagnosed Air Pressure Switch issue.

New fitted (genuine part) and worked for approx a week then failed. Assumed faulty part - replaced with new air pressure switch. Worked for approx 3 weeks- then failed again

Boiler fires up when first switched on. Fires for a few minutes then dies. Fan runs on but will not relight.

Has anyone got any ideas what the problem may be/come across similar issue?

The fan was replaced Jan this year and working fine.

air pressure low within expansion tank put a bike pump on it get to about one bar of pressure, if its really old boiler could be the rubber bladder in the tank ruptured ? you can fit an expansion tank out in line any where in the system! it will fix this issue.
