Boiler condensate discharge pipe

Hi, I've just had a new boiler installed and the engineer has fitted the flexible grey condensate discharge pipe from the boiler with two bends in it. This means there is a positive gradient on the pipe before it goes out of the wall. Is this correctly installed?
