Ideal isar staying warm after switching off

Hi all, newbe here. Just replaced a o ring on the boiler diverter valve manifold and all went great but now the boiler displays 0 on the panel but the radiators are still getting warm when switched off. Has anyone got any ideas what is going on, cheers,
