Fitting a Baxi solo 3pf 50 vertical flue

Hi,
first post so be kind.
Our boiler is 35 years old and has a horizontal flue - all working well.
However I need to get the flue re-routed due to recent building work and am just wondering, might it be possible to get a vertical flue fitted by a competent Gas Safe Engineer - or can this model not take a vertical flue? I really can't afford the expense of a new boiler if it isn't strictly necessary.
I am asking here first as quite honestly I don't trust that I'll be given a correct answer from a non-neutral source.
Thank you forum
Great site - I've been reading it for a couple of years now.
