Son lives in block of flats in Harrow *******. built circa 1970 s. Flats were fitted with gas central heating combi boilers . He was told by homeserve when it went faulty can"t get spares., and can only be replace with electric ( more than twice cost to run)boiler.We can't find out why. If that is the case why were gas boilers allowed during construction.
