Long Hit & Miss Vents

Hi, anyone know if I can get long Hit & Miss Vents? Back door has six ventilation holes covered by a 66cm Louvre. Councils idea back in the day of gas ventilation. All I can find are one brick (9 by 3 inch) which would mean laying three side by side. Cheers
