Lockshield valve does not have spindle.

I want to remove radiator to paint behind. Lock shield valve is a screw-in type, not spindle (see photo) . Which bit do I adjust to turn off the valve?

Hi giveitago58,
The square shaft is the spindle, turn it clockwise to close the valve.
