Extractor Fan Cover Removal

Hi,
I'm new here and hoping this is the right group to post in! I have an old extractor fan in my shower cubicle installed by previous owners that really needs cleaning. I tried popping the cover off but I seem to have dislodged the screws holding it to the ceiling and can't see an entry point to just take the cover off to clean it. Any help would be much appreciated.
