Radiator best position

I want to install a suitably sized radiator or radiators in a large outbuilding which is single block insulated and plasterboarded studio outbuilding. It is single pitched roof from about 12 feet high at the back wall to the front wall which has 2 small windows and 2 pairs of french windows at each end. The roof has 3 velux windows.
Should I place the radiator on the back wall where I'm afraid the heat might just rise to the highest part of the sloped ceiling or is it better please to place the radiator on the lowest wall beneath the windows where the heat might move across the interior before rising to the highest part of the ceiling?
Advice appreciated. Thanks
