Heating Controller Wiring disconnected - HELP!
Posted: Sat Mar 31, 2007 10:12 am
I've just had the tiling done in the kitchen and they didn't screw the heating controller back onto the wall afterwards.
I've gone to do it now and found two of the wires have come off the backplane!
Its a ACL Lifestyle LP241 controller and this is the current layout.
N - 3 wires (Blue, Light Blue and Black)
L - Brown
1 - Nothing
2 - Nothing
3 - Red
4 - Yellow
I have 1 Red and 1 Blue not connected, I've tried the obvious putting the Red and Blue in 1 and 2 (and vicea versa) but this dosen't work.
Althought Red in 2 seems to get the HW on ok but the CH just clicks on/off.
The manufacturer's user guide shows that maybe 1 and 2 should have nothing in or maybe just 1 is used but putting Red or Blue in 1 seems to do nothing. Can anyone help?
