Hi about to move in to house that has an Apollo 15/30 boiler with cylinder. It has been checked annually, by British Gas ( 20+ years).
There are 10 radiators all single pannel no fins a mixture of sizes micro bore in a hard water area. I am seeking some advise in how to in prove the heating system to be more efficient.

A. Replace rads with moden ones.
B. Change boiler.
C. Complete new heating/water system

Thanks John

A. Replace rads with moden ones. (A radiator is a radiator, however at 20+ years waterways may be getting blocked and if you are changing to a sealed(presurised)system then yes change them for definate)

B. Change boiler. At 20+ yes the boiler is tired and needs changing to a band A stainles steel heat exchanger condensing boiler

C. Complete new heating/water system. Yes either a combi or a system boiler and a unvented cylinder.
