I can only get hot water from my Ravenheat combi boiler (B&Q) when I turn the radiators on full and then turn the tap on has any one any idea what the cause is and the cost of repair/parts Thanks

Diverter valves can cost Â£120+vat for the part plus 1.5 hours labour to replace
