Advice is a strange thing?
Let me tell you what I like.
I like being warm 23.6 C
I like turning on a tap and filling a bath in a couple
of minutes.
I don't like loosing the water to a washing machine,
a dish washer or someone else in the kitchen, utility room, toilet or bathroom.
The set up you propose would not suit me!
I like cast iron heat exchangers, one of my boilers
provided good service for over 28 years, and in that
time required only a new heat couple.
To my mind paying £800 or thereabouts for a boiler
that doesn't have a stainless steel heat exchanger
is not on.
The boiler is too small for the setting you propose.
The stainless steel heat store can only receive
water through a 15mm pipe at mains pressure, thats
supposed to be 1.5 bar, very often its not that high
and pressure drops even more at times of high demand.
So sharing that water between so many taps and
machines is sure to end in cold showers and dry
taps.
Sorry!
