After unblocking the cold water pipe from the Header tank the sytstem has now filled up and is woking, but i have noticed that there is a constant flow off hot water coming through the air pipe back in to the Header tank making that water hot in the tank.

Is this normal or is there a prooblem?

This topic has been covered so many times in recent posts. See

Basically this is caused by a poorly designed system which can result in either air being drawn into the system or hot water expelled out of the pipe.

your fault which is very dangerous, can be rectified in one of three possible ways. Firstly turn the pump speed down. If the system still heats all radiators than great. Secondly, raise the height of the expansion pipe so the pump has to lift the water higher to overflow it into the tank or thirdly, move the feeder pipe close to the expansion pipe so as to remove the pressure differential between the two pipes.

Either way please get it sorted as it will damage the system.

Yes there is a problem. Your system is pumping over. It can be caused by:

1) An incorrectly placed pump,
2) Pump speed too high
3) Insufficient static head
4) Incorrectly configured system
5) System blockage

This problem should be rectified quickly as you now have circulation through that tank and oxygenated water will be re-entering the system resulting in corrosion.
