UNDERFLOOR HEATING BIRMINGHAM

hi all,
can someone tell me whether to go for a wet or electric underfloor heating for our lounge,dining and hallway which will be covered by porcelain tiles. i know there is a vast amount of info online but the more i read, it is more confusing.
also, can you suggest any reliable underfloor heating specialists in birmingham.
