New Car Scrapes top of Drive

Hi.
Just bought a new car which wont quite clear the crest of my drive. Was wondering how best to solve the problem. My house is on a hill. The paavement outside the house goes down the hill and so does my drive but where they meet there is a slight bump. As the car goes over it there is a point where the front and rear wheels are both lower than the bump and the body scrapes the bump..
Seems I have two solutions.
1. Remove some material from the crest of the drive to allow room for my car to get over it.
or
2. Install some kind of bump further down the drive that will lift the rear of the car as is goes down the drive and allow it to clear the crest.
I have a couple of questions.
How might I remove material from the crest. The drive is concrete and removal of an inch over a square foot or so would probably suffice.
Could I form a bump further down the drive from concrete? Or would it be easier to install a speed bump.
Thanks. Looking forward to suggestions....
