Paving finish

by estra7 » Tue Oct 14, 2008 1:52 pm

Hi all
I have recently pressure washed my slab path which also took out the stuff between the slabs that stops weeds, etc growing through and make it look neater.
Can anyone suggest what I need to mix to put there. I assume it is cement along with something else, but what proportions, etc.
Advice appreciated.

buy a bag of silica sand and mix 1 part cement to 4 part of sand
DO NOT ADD WATER ,wait for a dry day an then pour the mix onto the slabs and then simply brush in.
then very lightly spray with hose.
