What concrete thickness to support therapy pool

We're having a therapy pool installed in our garage, the concrete is 4" thickness, the pool is 14ft by 8ft by 3.5ft deep (roughly 10 tonnes of water when filled). The pool is basically a liner supported by steel frame sides -

does this sound ok?

I need to anchor the sides into the floor using 3" anchor bolts - will that thickness of floor be adequate?

thanks

Pete

Pglen,
The question should be whether the floor is sound enough to take that weight - if its OK you should be able to anchor down provided you are well away from the sides of the concrete slab - closer than 150mm and there is a risk of breakout.
