Patio advice

by Gordon Woodhead » Wed May 23, 2012 5:58 pm

I have just layed a 20m2 patio of concrete slabs on a bed of Mot wackers down then a screed of sharp sand then the flags then pointed with sand & cement 4:1.
The graden id flat and very sodden, so much that a land drain has been put in,
My problem is that the pointiong has hardened but is still we as if the water underneath is still being absorbed from the wet ground.
Any ideas
Gordon

with the ground conditions you mentioned this is normal and will continue to happen for some time.
