Best Way of Constructing Concrete Base For Greenhouse

I'm building an 8x8ft greenhouse which will have a concrete slab floor, the wooden greenhouse will sit on a 2ft high block wall.

I'm wondering which way would be best to do the wall/slab. I have been given conflicting advice on the way I should do the base.

(1) The first option would be to lay concrete blocks on their side and concrete in the middle, then building the wall on top of the concrete block that is laid down.

(2) The second option is to use wooden shuttering to build the concrete slab and then just build the wall on top of the slab.

Which is the best way? Would really appreciate any advice
