Hello there.
I need to put a new small shed onto an area which is currently a brick weave path/patio.

Could I lay a shed directly over bricks or should I pull them up and lay slabs? Or any other options?

So long as the brick weave patio/path is solid then you can us that. If you want to spread the weight you could use slabs, but they will crack if the bricks move underneath - they have to be solid.
