Do I Need Expansion Joints for Victorian Tiled Path Over Concrete Slab

I'm pouring a reinforced concrete slab 10metres long by 1 metre wide. I intend tiling the slab with black and white victorian mosaic tiles.

Do I cut in expansion/control joints on the slab? If I do cut expansion joints, do i tile directly over them, or fill them first?
appreciaate any advice

yes its best to have expansion joints, I would use two, and tile over them

Definitely! You'd need these to avoid cracks on your concrete. No matter how properly laid the tiles may be, the base concrete slab would crack without expansion joints.
