Fix for Cowboy Concrete Drive

We had our concrete drive replaced by a charlatan. The quality of the work is poor and he hasnt even been back to remove the boards. He's not answering calls and we were stupid enough to pay him. Can anything be done to improve the appearance without having the whole thing broken up again? I'm not keen on resin.
