Joining concrete to concrete in a wet area

I have a rising spring in my garden that trickles along a concrete
path between a wall and the house side, eventually reaching a drain. It causes mould on inside walls. I want to divert the water away from the house wall by putting a line of concrete path edgings several inches away from the garden wall. The water is only mms deep and movement is hardly visible except after heavy rain.
What mixture do I use to join the edging slabs to the concrete path and each other without seepage.? The concrete path will be damp. Ready mixes, apart from adding water, would be nice as I'm 80 and like an easy life.
