Hi,
What can I do to stop water ingress from under a concrete prefab garage walls ?
The garage appears to have just been sat on a concrete base.

I would use a clear sealant mastic and fill the gaps around the walls to the
floor .
As for the damp comming through the concrete floor there is no real
effective way to prevent that sorry,you could try a heavy duty floor paint
though.

I don't have damp coming through the floor just water coming through the join between wall and floor.
