Hi, we have recently bought a house with a lean-to. This has converted an old exterior wall into a interior wall in our house but the other side of the wall still remains exterior. There are wooden joists screwed into the wall and then plaster board lad over the top. A section of plaster board has become damp. Is there any treatment ie lining or paint that could be placed over the wall to try and minimalise the amount of water getting to the plaster board? Many thanks
