rain on internal wall

by matty0854 » Tue Nov 11, 2008 9:47 am

Help please

My kitchen wall - west facing - has rain water seeping through above the windowbut only, literally, when it rains. Towels are required as it drips internally but as i say only when raining. It takes approx half a days rain for the damp patches to appear on the plaster then the patches spread and start dripping. Patches dry after 1 days dry weather. Some effervesence on the patches.
Any advice?
