I have damp or condensation all along an inside wall in my flat. Directly below this area is a communal close and the other side of my wall is also a commmunal close. Tried various products, the bedroom is well ventilated and has a radiator in the room. Having to redecorate at least once a year. Can someone suggest a product I may not have tried yet? Thanks.

Is the wall north facing , what is the construction , solid or cavity
If the damp is not penetrating it will be condensation and you will need to find a ventilation or dehumidification solution

Thanks for the reply to my query. The wall is cavity built but the cavity is not insulated. I will try dehumidification treatment and hope that works. The room has 2 windows which are rarely closed so theres plenty ventilation. Once again thanks for taking the time to answer my query.
