Dry Rot

A house has just come up for sale that is suffering from extensive dry rot. It cannot be viewed it is so bad but seems to have been caused by a hole in the roof.
I know it will only be a rough guide but how much is it like to cost, assuming a worst case scenario, to replacing all timbers and treat throughout.
It is a three bedroom mid terrace, circa 1900.
Many thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
