Exisiting DPC holes

Hi,
I have a 1920's semidetached house, whcih by the looks of it had a bit of a scam artist do a DPC on the house a while before we bought the house. Holes were drilled, only half were plugged and we don't know if any treatment was used (although there was half a barrel of chemical DPC in the back garden)
To be honest, we have left this job as a can wait, but we are starting to get a bit of internal damp.
We are going to get the inside replastered anyway, but my question is, could I use the exisitng holes drilled into the walls to apply the DIY DPC cream?
