Hi can anyone help????????????? . I have rings that appear on my walls when cooking. I recently had the walls boardered and plastered it looks like the rings are wher the dot and dab as been applied. Could this be damp or condensation. Does anyone know how i can fix this problem

A lot will depend on whether the base walls are outside walls and solid. If they are then yes you probably have both a damp and condensation problem.
