Damp Wall in garage

I've had a damp garage (detached) for a while, but have slowly worked on it to reduce the damp inside. New roof, re-sealed windows, re-pointed brickwork & applied a bituminous paint band to the external brickwork to bottom 2 courses below DPC.
The above work seems to have alleviated the damp on 3 sides to a degree, but i have 1 wall i have no external access to as my neighbours garage is built next to it.
There is still low level damp to this wall (below DPC) Do you think applying the bituminous paint to the inside faces of the brickwork on this wall will help?
Any other suggestions would be welcomed
