Can anyone help me?

I have a concrete base on which I have constructed my metal shed (yardmaster).

By the condensation I am getting in the shed I am pretty certain that the builder who layed the base did not put in a damp proof course.

Can anyone tell me if it would be possible to remove the shed and lay a damp proof cousre with another layer of concrete on top?

Would this do the job? Or simply be a waste of time?

Totall waste of time the metal shed is the problem not the base try cutting air vents in the shed this should solve the problem
