Condensation on inside lounge walls

I moved into a 200 year old end of terrace cottage earlier this year. All the radiators had thermostate valves fitted but NO room thermostate was in situ. I had one installed by local electrician hoping to have more control over the heating system. It is open plan with the dining room off the lounge & the kitchen off the dining room. Since the very wet & cold weather started both the end internal walls..which are very cold to the touch have started to "cry" . I intend to redecorate next year..could you please advise what steps I need to take before I embark on this.

Thanking you in anticipation
