Damp in enclosed Pergola?

I am currently looking to buy a house, however in one room of the house there are signs of damp on the interior walls in two of the corners(The corners not adjoining the house)

The room is an enclosed pergola, meaning the concrete slab on which it sits does not have a damp course. The slab slopes slightly towards the room at the edges, and there is a concrete lip on two of the sides but not on the problem side.

The structure appears to be entirely wooden, with slatted wooden walls and plasterboard(gyprock?) on the interior.
What is the likelihood that there is brick behind the slatted wood?
Would damp proofing injection be effective on this room?

The room is 5.5m x 6m, how much would it cost to damp proof this room?
