i had a leak under my sink from the washing machiene that the plumber said had been there for a few months..i discovered yesterday that the wall behind my sofa now has a big damp black mould patch and the paper is starting to come away from it...also i found like a mushroom thing growing from my skirting board..im wondering what do i do to treat it? :(

use neat bleach and a sponge to wash it off ,and give plenty of room for air circulation to dry it out
