Kitchen Leak (damp floorboards)

Hi, I moved into my new house about a month ago. The other day i realised there was a small damp patch in the carpet just outside the kitchen. It seems when the previous tenent moved out she never turned the washing machine taps off fully.

So after a month of a gentle leak I have some very damp floorboard. I've had the lino up for a few days, but it doesn't seem to be making any differnce. Is there anyway to speed up the drying process?

Thanks.
