Penetrating Damp After Water on Blown Render? Mold Help and Advice Please

Hi. Hope someone can offer advice or confirm my thoughts.
In a bedroom we had mold and a wet wall (internal). The render outside had blown, so during bad weather we guess the exposed bricks took the rain water. Also the guttering above was attached to a new board, which meant the gutter was just out of reach for rainfall from roof tiles. This caused running water also onto the blown area.

During the summer we removed and re rendered the side of the house and painted with the correct weather proof paint. We had a dry spring before the summer (last year) so expected the bricks to have dried out. We also corrected the gutter. The property was built 1906 if this helps.

We removed the wallpaper in that room to decorate later this year in November 2014.

We've not had any issues, the wall remained and still remains dry during last winter and this Jan/Feb rain. Our bed is against this wall, without a head board we've used old thin pillows as an alternative.

That's the background story, hopefully enough info. My question (will get there promise) is, we removed the pillows we use as headboard and they have this black mold, they are not wet but feel cold and damp.
What's happening? Are the bricks just releasing stored water, penetrating the only way out after we've put weatherproof paint externally? Are the pillows helping to 'sponge' out the water and this will end soon?
Is this damp/mold problem not going without some expert coming in to clear?

Is there any help/advice please? No issues in anyother room. The plaster on the wall has not cracked or blown internally.

Thanks in advance

damp problems are caused by lack of ventilation, trickle vents in the window usually stop it, also move the furniture away from the wall to aid air circulation in the room
