Hi, I have damp/discoloured paintwork in my loft bedroom in the corner in the eaves. The area is plaster boarded, so I cut out an area (a square foot). Behind, is what I assume is a damp proof membrane? I have attached a pic. There are droplets in the 'craters'. Took this pic about 5pm today. Should it be wet? Should it be removed? Please help
