Thanks for your time. I'm getting ready to do an encapsulation job for the first time and have no idea what to use. Believe I will do 20 mil on the floors and 12 mil on the walls. My only question, what vapor barrier should I use?

There's several and many have good reviews. I've never did this before, I'm no good at online research. Just want an honest answer please. Any guidance is greatly appreciated, want to get this going asap.
