Is This Condensation Damage and how Would I Fix it?

Hello,
I had a problem with damp on my living room wall on the inside. This is an external facing wall and the problem seem to of been resolved.
There was a large area previously with damp coming through which was resolved after a badly fixed virgin media box was removed and the hole filled up.
However recently this has started showing small dark spots. These are worse when we have been in the room for at least 3-4 hours or when cooking hot food and seem to disappear when we have not been in the room (Overnight or work).
Is this condensation or could this still be a problem with damp (I haven't realised the rain making any difference).
Either way is there a way of helping with this problem. For example would removing the nails and filling the subsequent holes help this?
Please see attached pics and ask any questions.
